General Terms and Conditions

1. scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded with Käsebaron GmbH for the purchase and delivery of goods via the online shop, both now and in the future, even if no explicit reference is made to the GTC in individual cases at the time of conclusion of the contract. Terms and conditions of the contractual partner deviating from these GENERAL Terms and Conditions are only effective if they have been expressly agreed in writing.

2. Delivery and minimum order value

Orders received by Käsebaron GmbH will be shipped within the specified delivery times. These can be found under the menu item Shipping. The delivery times are the company responsible for the delivery.

Shipping information

Minimum order value for free house deliveries in Austria is 60,00€! Below this value, the buyer pays the delivery costs. Shipping is done by DHL Express. Please note the shipping information . In case of delivery delays, you will be notified. All items are delivered as long as the stock lasts.

If the goods/delivery arrives damaged, you immediately complain to the delivery company directly and then inform us by email: This helps us to settle the complaint as quickly as possible.

3. Payment and prices

The order is paid by Hobex. (Privacy Policy You can pay for the desired goods by credit card (VISA, Mastercard), Maestro, Paypal, Sofort Wire Transfer or Klarna. Cash payment is excluded.

When paying by credit card, we require the following data: card number, validity, credit card company and verification number.

During the transfer, you will be forwarded via Klarna to your bank account, where you can carry out the transfer with a secure login.

The prices on the website receive the statutory value added tax and are exclusive of shipping costs. According to the webshop, the prices apply at the time the order was received by Käsebaron GmbH.

4. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made. The buyer confirms with the purchase via the website that the age of 18 has reached the age of 18. The order becomes binding upon payment.

5. Order and contract

The presentation of the products and the online descriptions of the goods do not have the character of an assurance or guarantee, but represent a non-binding online catalogue. By clicking on the Buy button, you send a binding and paid order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Confirmation of the order will be made by e-mail.

6. Online - Dispute

7. Article

The item descriptions do not have the character of an assurance or guarantee.

Unfortunately, we can sometimes see bottlenecks. If a sold-out product has been paid for, which is no longer available, you will receive a chargeback to your account within 30 days.

8. Promotions and discounts

Promotional vouchers and discounts (vouchers or codes) that have not been paid for by the customer and published as part of promotions can be redeemed for certain products and for a certain period of time. Individual products and product groups may also be excluded from the promotion. A discount voucher must be redeemed in one. It is not possible for a residual balance to be refunded. Discount and promotional codes can only be redeemed before the payment is made. Billing after payment is not possible. Cash transfer and handover to third parties are excluded. If the goods paid for with an unpaid promotional voucher are returned, the value of the voucher will not be refunded.

9. Revocation

You have the right to revoke the concluded purchase contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The deadline is 14 days from the date of acceptance of the goods.

The revocation is valid if you send the revocation request within the revocation period.

In the case of goods subject to freezing or cooling requirements, you send a binding and paid order by clicking on the "Buy" button, whereby a return is not possible for quality, hygienic and health reasons.

Furthermore, there is no right of recalling contracts for the delivery of goods that would quickly exceed spoilage or their expiry date.

Consequences of revocation:

If you cancel the contract, you will be charged for the cost of the order, including delivery costs after the return of the goods (within 30 days after return). For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original payment.

Please note that the products can only be returned unused in the original packaging.

The costs of the return shall be borne by the buyer.

10. Warranty

We comply with the legal warranty rules. Incorrect use of products resulting in damage is excluded from the warranty. In case of damage, please send us your complaints by email or post:

11. Liability

We are not liable for the contents of third-party sites. Please note that we are not liable for slightly negligent damages, provided that these are not damage resulting from injury to the body, the health of the customers or life. We are not liable for any other damage, neither to the customer nor to third parties, whether for direct or indirect damage, income or loss of profit.

12. Use of data from the website

The published contents belong to Käsebaron GmbH. The use of data (photos, graphics, etc.) is only permitted with our consent. Without them, any use is prohibited.
