Data retention

We will not retain your information for longer than is necessary for our business purposes or due to legal requirements. However, we would like to point out that we may retain some data after you have closed your account with us, e.g. if this isnecessary to fulfil our legal obligations, such as the retention of data for tax and accounting purposes or professional documentation obligations.

Data retention when using the online shop according to the operator:

  • Inactive accounts are deleted after 6 months
  • Open orders will be deleted after 24 hours
  • No registration is required to order
  • Completed orders save the webshop for 6 months
  • Deleted orders are deleted after one month
  • Incorrect orders are deleted after one day

As soon as the deletion of the customer account is instructed by e-mail, you will receive a reply email with a confirmation request. After confirmation, your account will be deleted with us.

An order is only available if you accept our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy before ordering.

This certificate ensures compliance with European data protection standards in the US.
